Who we are

We are a family run business that has quality craftsmanship and professionalism at the heart of everything we do. Anthony founded our Limited Company in 2016 and has grown the business from strength to strength ever since.

Our business thrives from our reputation locally, working with many local Parish Councils and Community groups, building a strong rapport of clients with the local community and local architects.

We have the knowledge and expertise to offer our clients the most efficient and reliable service that is personal and tailored to each project, always going the extra mile.

Additionally, we are CHAS and Guild of Master Craftsman Accredited, emphasising our professionalism and quality within the industry.

Anthony founded the Limited Company in 2016 after his extensive experience within the industry and working independently for 15+ years. He has grown the business from strength to strength since then, and it continues to thrive.

Alongside Anthony's extensive range of qualifications within the construction industry, he also has qualifications in stable management and horse casr, which gives him the knowledge and expertise to support the design of equestrian projects.

Anthony has a 'hand's on' approach within the business, and will almost always be found on site with his team.

Our Ethos

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our ethos, and strive to be a communicable and personable business within the community. To us, the rapport we build with our clients is important; we work to the the highest standards attainable when it comes to the quality of our work.

We understand our clients and have the knowledge to support them with the design, management and completion of their dream project. This is emphasised by the accreditation from the Guild of Master Craftsman, which is an indication of seriously we take the quality of what we do.

Our quality craftsmanship is the reason the majority of our clients are returning customers, with an impressive attention to detail. It’s not just about the quality of the final product, but the way we work too. Our team take pride in our work, no matter the size.

We strive to work with our customers in a way that accommodates them. We attain high standards when we are working, we are respectful, and we look after things. We mind our attitudes and offer a personal approach which is what sets our sites apart from others.

Our Approach

We have a personable approach, within our team and our community, emphasising the fact our team are like ‘one big extended family’. We believe that quality work comes from looking after our team and through showing them we care. Our team are like a family in this company, and we want them to know they are valued.

We are trained in suicide-awareness so we can ensure our team our supported and continuously endeavour to create a workplace where are staff feel cared for and respected. Therefore, our team are regularly treated to breakfast, and we host end-of-summer barbecues to show our appreciation for their hard work.

We realise that within our industry we have the highest suicide rates, nearly four times higher than the national average, because of this we have completed a Suicide Awareness Course. This means that we can support our team correctly, understanding the signs and knowing how to approach anyone who is struggling.

We stress how important the community within our company is, which is why we continuously strive to offer the best support possible for our team.

Outreach

We are passionate about our approach, believing what we do matters to the community. We thoroughly enjoy and emphasise our commitment to local schools, charities and clubs.

Our company secretary had the opportunity to join the Primary School in their celebration assembly after we donated the funds for two new benches. Kiera presented the local children with information about the work we do locally, using the analogy that the children are currently “building good foundations in their educations to go on and flourish in their own careers”.

The school’s Governor Jon Butler stated, “we were delighted when the company offered to purchase the benches, without the support from the local community, purchases like this, that enhance our children’s education are often not possible”. He goes on to note that “It was also lovely to hear from Miss McGinn’s own experiences in education and how successful she has been which was inspiring for the children”.

Furthermore, in September 2023 Kiera, Noah and former team member Jimi ran 10km at the Run Sandringham Event, raising over £500 for the Lighthouse Club. The Lighthouse Club offers support for construction workers who are struggling with their mental health, which is a pressing issue. 7,000 construction workers lost their lives to suicide over the past decade, which is nearly four times higher than the national average.

We decided to do something within our community to raise funds for a “cause that is close to our hearts”, showing our solidarity and support that we give to our workers. We want our team to know they are valued and that we care. We’re like a family in this company and we look after each other.

Additionally, we sponsored a local football team, Dersingham Rovers FC with new training tops and raincoat for each player. The local team was managed by one of our former staff members. We have sponsored a few local teams throughout our time, such as Heacham Minors FC.
