Below are some of the Commercial Developments we have worked on.

On this commercial site, we have completed the stripping of old foundations and basements, excavating the foundations and instalment of steel frameworks and concrete. 
Additionally, we brought the block work to first level, installed all internal pipework and installed the ground floor beams ready for the superstructure.
Alongside this, we have completed all the kerb installation, drainage, including installing a wet well within a 4 metre deep trench, and will continue to complete all external landscaping, including the parking area and pavements.

The Returning customer wanted to turn an old barn into a new wedding venue. We worked with our client to discuss and adapt going "the extra mile to help" they said, by recycling the majority of the materials used from existing structures so the client could receive the high quality job they wanted, whilst also staying within their budget.

We pecked and cleared existing concrete areas externally, removed internal walls, installed services and new drainage system. Furthermore, we formed new foundations and concrete base with staunch pad bases in preparation for the new barn structure. To finish, we formed all new paving steps, gravel parking areas and a new brick fireplace hearth.

Here, we completed many different aspects of work for Foundry Field, in Burnham Market. This entailed completing the construction of the car park to highways spec, the Paving for the development plots, and all the walk way construction. Additionally, we laid all the memorial plaques.

Here, we worked alongside our client to cause as little disruption to the daily workings of the clients business by completing our services over the Christmas holiday period. As a returning customer for both business locations, we have renovated all existing internal office space, installing new toilet areas and staff room. As well as this, we installed new tarmac parking areas at both locations.
